Glorifying the Lord With Our Lives

Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults for Children
(RCIA for Children)

Children 7 years old and older who have not been baptized are welcome to join the Parish's process for becoming fully-initiated Catholics at the Easter Vigil Mass. This process involves two tracks: first, is Dismissal from the 8:30 a.m. Sunday Mass following the Liturgy of the Word where a Dismissal leader will help the children break open the Word of God found in each Sunday's Scripture readings; second, is faith formation from 9:30 - 10:45 a.m. where the catechists will teach the children about the tenets of our Catholic faith. Both sessions will take place in the Stafford Room.

In addition, children 7 years old and older who have been baptized in the Christian faith, but are seeking full communion with the Catholic Church by receiving the sacraments of confirmation and first holy communion are also welcome to join in the RCIA for Children process.
