Stewardship & Engaged Church Commission
What We Do:
The Stewardship & Engaged Church Commission (SECC) seeks to encourage and enable members of Assumption to become actively engaged in our parish community. We promote ways to develop a greater sense of belonging and connectedness among members of our parish family. Research has shown what follows from increased engagement is a deepened spirituality! We work directly with the Pastoral Council and each Commission to encourage expanded and new ways for parishioners to become more engaged, more hospitable, and thereby more deeply spiritual.
Guided by the Holy Spirit, we are a catalyst helping all parishioners to actively engage in our parish and community, deepen their own spirituality and share it with others.
Assumption Parish will be a vibrant and welcoming community of committed and passionate disciples who, with a deep sense of belonging, grow spiritually and commit their time, talents, and treasures to the service of our church and community.

Stewardship Resources: Time/Talent/Treasure
As members of Assumption parish, we are certainly familiar with Stewardship. God has blessed each one of us with a lavish abundance of time, talent, and treasure. We are called to give thanks for these gifts by sharing generously with our parish family as well as the local and global community.
